Training
Photo guide
Short rules for upload photos that train a strong personal model. Skim the checklist, then fill gaps in variety.
- 8+ usable photos
- Same person only
- Clear face
- Varied angles & scenes
Do
- Recent photos that look like you now
- Clear face, decent resolution
- Varied outfits when possible
- Daylight or soft indoor light
Don’t
- Selfies with another person in frame
- Heavy beauty filters or warped faces
- Near-duplicates of the same shot
- Dark, blurry, or mirrored screenshots
Essentials
- 8+ photos
- Minimum eight usable shots of the same person. More is fine; duplicates and rejects don’t count.
- One person
- Every photo should clearly be you. No group shots, no face swaps, no someone else’s pictures.
- Face readable
- Eyes, nose, and mouth should be visible. Avoid heavy sunglasses, masks, hands over the face, or extreme crops.
- Sharp & lit
- Prefer natural light or even indoor light. Skip blur, heavy filters, screenshots, and tiny / compressed images.
Variety checklist
Weak variety can still train, but better spread usually means better generations.
Angles
Mix front-facing with slight left/right turns. A little profile helps; don’t upload only one angle.
Expressions
Neutral, smile, and one softer look. Avoid the same grin in every frame.
Pose & body
Include head-and-shoulders plus a few mid-shots. Standing and sitting both help.
Backgrounds
Change rooms or outdoor spots. Same wall for every photo weakens the model.
Common rejects
- No / weak face Step back or face the camera more squarely.
- Occluded face Remove sunglasses, hats that hide eyes, or covering hands.
- Low quality Use the original file, not a tiny chat export.
- Wrong person / age gate Only adult photos of yourself - under-18 cues block training.
- Too similar Delete near-copies; keep the sharper one.
