AI & Content Policy
1. Purpose
Visagely uses machine learning to help adults create flattering, realistic photos of themselves for dating profiles. This policy explains our content boundaries and how AI features should be used responsibly.
2. Allowed use
- Uploading your own photos for training and generation
- Creating personal dating-profile images and personal branding previews
- Downloading and using your outputs on platforms that permit AI-assisted photos
3. Prohibited content
- Any sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to depict a minor
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of other people
- Impersonation of a real person other than yourself
- Hate, extremist, or violent content
- Content intended to commit fraud, scams, or identity theft
- Attempts to remove clothing or generate nude/sexual imagery of real people
We may automatically or manually refuse generations, delete content, and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Likeness and disclosure
Outputs are synthetic. Even when they look photographic, they are AI-assisted. You are responsible for complying with dating-app rules and any local laws requiring disclosure of AI-generated or significantly altered images.
5. Quality checks
Before training, Visagely may run client- or server-side checks (for example face visibility, duplicates, occlusion, or age-assurance signals). These checks improve results and safety; they are not a guarantee that every image is suitable or that every policy violation will be caught.
6. Model training
Personal models created from your uploads are intended for your account. We do not grant other customers direct access to your private training set. Aggregated, de-identified learnings about product quality may be used to improve Visagely, but your identifiable photos remain under the Privacy Policy controls described above.
